We facilitate the development of leaders and management teams, helping them successfully confront the psychological and interpersonal barriers that affect organizational performance. Outcome focused, we understand that tangible change and development must happen rapidly for our clients to keep pace with business and market dynamics. We are a growing organization seeking to hire and train additional psychologists to help us keep pace with our clients' rapid growth.

The positions:

The Consulting Psychologist positions emphasize individual and organizational assessment, executive coaching, team facilitation, and organizational change consultation, working with a diverse corporate clientele across the U.S. and internationally. Over time, there are expected to be numerous opportunities for business development and client relationship management. The positions are exciting, high-impact, and challenging, and provide outstanding potential for the right individuals. We offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for long-term shared ownership of the firm.

Qualifications:

Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology required. Two to five years of experience consulting to management would be ideal. Successful candidates will be bright, highly motivated, flexible, and have excellent clinical and assessment skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, including the ability to relate easily with senior executives.
One position will be based in the Boston Metro area, Denver, or Chicago, and the other will be based in Western Europe (exact locations negotiable).
