Dr. Guy Cornelius is founder and President of Vine Street Consulting, Inc., and an alliance partner with Leadership Development Worldwide, LLP.  Since 1988, Guy has consulted with senior executives and private equity investors in the areas of leadership/management effectiveness, team effectiveness and organizational performance. He offers services in executive selection, leadership development, team-building and group effectiveness, strategic execution/implementation, organizational design, and leadership and organization due diligence (for investment or acquisition). Guy has worked with organizations ranging in size from Fortune 500 to start-up businesses, across a variety of industries including telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, financial services, health care, construction, private equity, professional services, and non-profits.

Prior to founding Vine Street Consulting in December, 2001, Guy was a senior consultant at Somerville & Company, Inc., a Denver-based firm of business psychologists.

Guy earned his doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1987 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1979.

Guy lives in Denver, with his wife and daughter. He is an avid cyclist, musician, and skier. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Denver Waldorf School.
