Our international work includes executive assessment and developmental coaching for managers and executives, the facilitation of mergers and acquisitions across international borders, and integration and team-building for multinational groups.

Recognizing the unique challenges presented by global organizations, LDW has also developed collaborative relationships with experienced management psychologists and consultants from several international communities. They can provide accessible on-site local consultation, often in the local language if preferred, with the knowledge of international cultures and business practices that U.S. executives may find elusive.
