Clare Radford is a Business Psychologist and seasoned Head of Talent and Leadership Development based in the heart of the United Kingdom. She has led large-scale culture change and talent development programs both in-house and through consultancy to a wide range of organizations.
Clare has specialisms in assessment and enjoys applying a range of psychometric and personality-based insights to help create lasting and sustainable change for her clients. Her work has taken her around the world with notable roles in China, The US, UK and mainland Europe
