Dr. Casey Lankow is a Principal Consultant with Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, based in Seattle, Washington.

A licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience, he specializes in assessing and coaching leaders to actualize their potential and bring intention to their impact. Casey brings a practical, relational approach to his work, grounded in both the human experience and real-world leadership demands.

Before joining LDW, Casey led assessment and development programming for high-potential leaders at Amazon, contributing to the strength and sustainability of the internal executive pipeline. Prior to that, he co-founded and built a successful consulting firm, partnering with organizations across industries—including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, professional services, technology, hospitality and entertainment, and financial services—to deliver executive assessment, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness solutions.

Casey has developed and co-developed multiple assessment tools, including personality, reasoning, and situational judgment tests, as well as a 360 multi-rater assessment. A passionate advocate for bringing the art and science of psychology to the workplace, he frequently speaks on topics such as the psychology of leadership, psychological safety, and mindset. His leadership frameworks and models have been adopted by leaders around the world.

He earned his Psy.D. in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, where he now serves as adjunct faculty. His training and clinical experience span college counseling, forensic assessment, immigrant populations, assessment development, and clinical supervision. This in-depth and broad range of experiences provides him with a rich perspective and nuanced understanding that deeply informs his work partnering with leaders today.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys cooking, learning to paint, and spending time outdoors—especially near the water. Since relocating to Seattle from Minnesota, he and his partner have loved exploring the beauty of the Pacific Northwest together.
