Ben specializes in executive assessment, leadership development, and organizational development. Based in Hong Kong and Singapore, he has provided consulting services to global Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and Asia-headquartered multinational corporations across diverse industries and markets, including construction, real estate, finance, life sciences, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, retail, manufacturing, and automotive.

He is dedicated to empowering leaders to unlock their potential through candid conversations and self-reflection, enabling good leaders to become exceptional. His experience in assessing private equity leaders has reinforced his belief in the critical importance of personal conviction and sound judgment in senior leadership. Ben holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he contributed to advancing strategic leadership theories for senior executives and redefined servant leadership measurement scales. Having lived near the ocean throughout Asia, he enjoys spending time with his family by the water.
