Throughout her career, Bani has collaborated with founder-led organizations, large multinationals, conglomerates, PE firms, non-profits, and start-ups spanning various industries including healthcare, technology, retail, real estate, hospitality, and financial institutions. Bani has led initiatives with international boutique leadership advisory firms, specializing in C-suite assessment, development, and coaching. She has driven large-scale high-potential talent programs, culture change efforts, and performance management transformations. While primarily focused on global markets, Bani independently leads CEO engagements and spearheads leadership consulting projects across India.

Before her consulting career, Bani held business partner and talent acquisition roles at American Express and GE Capital. She holds a BA (Honours) in Psychology from Delhi University and an HR specialization from XLRI in Jamshedpur, India. Bani is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is an advanced certified practitioner of the Hogan Suite of Assessments.
