Jeremy Hirshberg is a Senior Consultant and Alliance Partner of Leadership Development Worldwide operating out of Southern California.

Jeremy is a seasoned coach, consultant, and executive leader with advising specialties concentrated in organizational performance and development. Jeremy leverages a foundation of business and psychology to assess, design and deliver services that impact individual, team and organizational performance. From Start-Ups to Fortune 500 companies, Jeremy partners with leaders to create and align leadership strategy with business strategy.

Jeremy leverages 20 years of coaching, facilitation, assessment, and consulting experience to select, develop and advise leaders and organizations. As a seasoned assessor, Jeremy has worked with numerous organizations to select and develop key talent. He enjoys partnering with leaders and teams who are struggling with the complexity across the business, the dynamics of the team or preparing for growth and needed transformation. Jeremy combines a systems perspective with a focus on developing greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and understanding the dynamics that exist within the organization resulting in new perspectives and opportunities, challenged assumptions, and maximized potential.

With a doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management Alliant International University, Jeremy has been largely based in Southern California for over 15 years. His research focus and expertise are in the areas of State of Mind, Diversity, and Inclusion, and Group Dynamics/Transforming executive teams.
