Khatera Sahibzada, Ph.D.

Dr. Khatera Sahibzada is an Alliance Partner with Leadership Development Worldwide LLC, operating in the Los Angeles area. She is an industrial-organizational psychologist and executive coach with 20 years of experience in executive assessment and leadership development. She has advised organizations across industries, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, banking, private equity, biotech, and fintech. Khatera has worked with clients in Europe, South America, and Asia. Her work has appeared in Fast Company, Entrepreneur.com, TechCrunch, World Economic Forum, Scientific American, and the Washington Post. 

Khatera began her career at Korn Ferry, where she delivered and led leadership assessment and development initiatives, including a multi-year, multi-million-dollar program designed to develop more than 500 executives across the United States, European Union, and Asia. In addition to her consulting work, Khatera is an adjunct lecturer at the University of Southern California (USC), where she teaches graduate-level courses on leadership and assessment. For the past two decades, she has volunteered as a member of the Executive Committee of the Business Council for Peace, an award-winning non-profit that helps crisis-affected communities create employment.

She earned her B.A. degree in Psychology from California State University Northridge, her M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Portland State University, where she was awarded a SYLFF Graduate Fellowship for International Research and was a recipient of the Grant for Cultural Cooperation by Spain’s Ministry of Culture. She is a Gallup certified strength coach and has advanced certification in the Hogan Assessment Systems.
