Consultants | Dr. Anthony J. Saccone

Dr. Anthony J. Saccone is the Managing Partner, and a founding partner, of Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC. LDW offers consulting services to business and industry, educational institutions, government agencies, and individual clients. Headquartered in the Providence, RI, LDW also has offices in New York, Denver, and Chicago, as well as in Europe.  Combined with alliance partners in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo, LDW serves a diverse clientele across the U.S. and internationally. Tony operates out of the Providence office.

Tony earned a BA with Distinction in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Following graduate work at the State University of New York at Albany, he received his PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Connecticut. He completed his internship at the University of Connecticut Medical School and Health Center in Farmington.

He has over 20 years of experience consulting to executives and organizations. He has consulted with a broad range of public and private businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to family businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurships. His professional interests include executive coaching and development, executive assessment, organizational assessment and development, and executive team building. He also has a special interest in internet-based tools for management development.

Tony is licensed as a psychologist in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Psychological Association as well as the American Psychological Association, where he belongs to its divisions of Clinical Psychology and Consulting Psychology. He is also a faculty member of the Clinical Psychology Training Consortium at Brown University. He is on the Editorial Advisory Board of The Complete Practitioner and served for five years on the Editorial Review Board of Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research. His professional publications focus on methods of creating behavior change, including the use of 360-Degree Feedback processes in executive team building.
