Michael Sanger is the Director of Assessment Solutions at Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC and is based in Tulsa, OK.
An expert in personality tools and their applications, Michael contributes a wide-ranging skillset and rich cross-cultural experience. During his more than 15 years in the talent management industry, he has lived and consulted in the US, Europe, and Asia. His expertise focuses on how differences in leadership profiles across geographies can influence the outcomes of global assessment initiatives. He has been featured in publications such as Consulting Psychology Journal: Practice and Research, HBR Online and the Advances in Global Leadership series, and he has spoken at professional conferences in Hong Kong, China, Japan, Australia and the United States.
Prior to joining LDW Michael was Senior Strategist at Hogan Assessment Systems where he served multinational consulting firms and Fortune 500 clients and helped clients to expand their talent management capabilities in support of growing their businesses. Michael also previously worked at LDW’s alliance partner, Mobley Group Pacific (MGP) Ltd in Shanghai, China. There he managed international client engagements, championed the startup of MGP’s online testing practice, and developed thought leadership content which buttressed the organization’s strategic direction.
Originally from Long Island, Michael is a proud graduate of Hofstra University’s Industrial/Organizational Psychology program. He currently lives in “Green Country” where he enjoys chasing after his two children and hyperactive labradoodle. When not supporting LDW’s range of service offerings, Michael enjoys early morning workouts and early evening vino.
