Adrianne McVeigh, Ph.D.

Dr. Adrianne McVeigh is a Partner with the LDW team based out of Atlanta, GA. A licensed psychologist and seasoned executive coach, she grew up in a family business and was energized by the idea of using psychology to provide meaningful organizational insights. Combining her experience as a psychologist with her business acumen, she helps clients remove barriers to function at optimal levels. Her approach to consulting is direct yet collaborative, using a focus on influence, communication, and motivation to drive individual and organizational success.

With clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies, Adrianne has worked internationally across a diverse array of industries (e.g., retail, manufacturing, financial services, private equity, pharma, healthcare, life sciences, public utilities, and nonprofits). Supporting a talent management agenda, she has advised leaders and coached executive teams, including the C-suite, GM/BU leaders, and high potential leaders. In addition to individual and team development, Adrianne has created and facilitated many assessment and development centers for critical roles and rising executives, and consults with leaders and HR partners on a wide range of talent management initiatives (e.g., hiring, turnover, selection processes, performance reviews, mentoring programs, employee engagement, leadership training, and accountability).

Adrianne obtained her Ph.D. in Clinical-Community Psychology from the University of South Carolina, where she conducted doctoral research on the impact of gender on perceptions of leader likeability and effectiveness. She completed her post-doctoral residency at The Reading Hospital in Reading, PA. She is an active member of the American Psychological Association and The Society for Consulting Psychologists.  Originally hailing from Toronto, Canada, Adrianne and her family now live in Atlanta, GA. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, and being as silly as possible with her kids.
