Adrianne McVeigh, Ph.D.

Dr. Adrianne McVeigh is a Senior Partner and Advisory Board Member with LDW, based in Atlanta, GA. As a licensed psychologist, experienced assessor and executive coach, she combines her psychological expertise with practical business insights to help clients overcome barriers, drive results, and have meaningful impact. Exposed to business and executive leadership early on, she was inspired to use psychology to help leaders be more intentional and effective. Direct and collaborative in her consulting approach, she focuses on influence, communication, and motivation as key elements to create change and success. Her sense of humor and astute observations help tough conversations get where they need to go. 

With clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies, she has worked internationally across various industries, including retail, high-tech manufacturing, financial services, private equity, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, public utilities, and nonprofits. She advises leaders and coaches executive teams, including C-suite executives, GM/BU leaders, and high-potential leaders. Engaging on the most critical Talent and Leadership challenges (e.g., CEO succession, organizational culture transformation, talent pipelines, employee engagement, senior team effectiveness), she helps global organizations assess, select, and develop their senior executives and is a trusted advisor to leadership teams. 

Adrianne earned her Ph.D. in Clinical-Community Psychology from the University of South Carolina, where she researched the impact of gender on perceptions of leader likeability and effectiveness. She completed her post-doctoral residency at The Reading Hospital in Reading, PA. An active member of the American Psychological Association and The Society for Consulting Psychology, she is engaged in the field and committed to continuous learning and development. Originally from Toronto, Canada, she values the diversity and learning that comes from traveling and working with leaders and colleagues around the globe.
