Dr. Adrianne McVeigh is a Senior Consultant with Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, operating out of Atlanta, GA.
Adrianne’s clients have ranged from startups to Fortune 50 companies, spanning a diverse array of industries (e.g., retail, manufacturing, financial services, pharmaceuticals, energy). Her expertise includes executive selection, leadership coaching, 360 feedback, performance management, competency modeling, training development and facilitation, and large scale talent development initiatives.
For over 10 years, Adrianne has helped organizations select and develop their talent in order to maximize potential and drive business outcomes. She brings a high level of insight and energy to her work, drawing upon best practices and research to create comprehensive solutions for clients. She challenges clients to be purposeful and to develop new approaches and strategies to reach their goals.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, Adrianne obtained her undergraduate degree (B.Sc.) in Psychology from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and her Ph.D. in Clinical-Community Psychology from the University of South Carolina. A licensed psychologist in the state of GA, she is a member of the American Psychological Association, The Society for Consulting Psychologists, and the Georgia Psychological Association. She currently serves on the advisory board of the Fore Hadley Foundation, a nonprofit devoted to helping children and families affected by CDH (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia).
Adrianne enjoys cooking, travel, fitness, and being as silly as possible with her kids.
