Andreas Hoyndorf, Ph.D.

Dr. Andreas Hoyndorf is a Principal at Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, operating out of Hamburg, Germany.

Andreas has worked as a consulting psychologist and senior consultant with global consultancy firms and has served clients from the public and private sector, including the United Nations and several Fortune Global 500 companies.

His work focuses on executive assessment and development, talent management, and coaching, and he conducts training and seminars on these topics. Andreas has also served as a consultant to international companies on the implementation of talent management systems. He is an executive coach certified by the German Systemic Society (SG).

Andreas completed his diploma in psychology at the Universities of Kiel and Hamburg and received his Master of Science at the University of Surrey with Distinction. He worked as a research associate and lecturer at the University of Cologne and completed his Ph.D. in psychology, summa cum laude, at the Humboldt University Berlin.
