Dr. Ingo Susing is an Alliance Partner with Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, based in Sydney, Australia.
As the Managing Director of Leadership & Succession, Ingo is a highly qualified and experienced leadership consultant and coach who has been working collaboratively with boards and senior leaders for nearly two decades. Ingo has successfully supported large organizations in the assessment, development and succession planning of their most senior leaders.
Ingo has worked with a leading consultancy where he supported a number of scale leadership development programs and CEO succession processes. Before this, Ingo was a partner of an international leadership development firm. This followed a 15-year career in investment banking and private equity, including as a senior director for a major European bank.
Ingo’s s work is focused on the evaluation and development of senior executives at the C-suite level, generally with the objective of increasing leadership effectiveness on a sustainable basis. Ingo also facilitates group processes and consults on leadership risk due diligence, transition support of new senior hires, team effectiveness, board performance reviews and organizational alignment programs.
Ingo’s work combines evidence-based approaches in coaching and high-performance psychology, neuro-science, organizational development, strategy consulting and leadership studies leveraging his commercial expertise gained as a private equity manager and investment banking analyst. His past experience includes serving on numerous company boards and qualifying as a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (F.Fin). Ingo earned his Ph.D. from the Sydney Business School, University of Woollongong on the topic of leadership succession management.
