Jodi Callahan

Dr. Jodi Callahan is an Alliance Partner with Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC., operating out of her Washington, DC office.

 Since 1997, Jodi has consulted to organizations and leaders at all levels, specializing in leadership development, coaching and in-depth assessment for both selection and development support. She has worked with commercial corporations across a variety of industries including defense and aerospace, retail, financial services, casual dining, technology, manufacturing, professional services, pharmaceutical and others, as well as several federal agencies and branches of the U.S. armed services, and non-profit organizations.

In addition to her senior consulting roles, Jodi served as Manager of Leadership Development at the MITRE Corporation and Director of Leadership Development at BAE Systems, Inc. between the years of 2008 and 2013. In these roles, she developed and delivered high potential leadership development programs at the executive level and led the teams responsible for company-wide management training and development from front-line supervisor to executive levels.

Jodi earned her doctorate in Organizational Behavior from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, New Orleans in 1997 and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Amherst College. She currently works on a pro bono basis as a life skills coach with the Homestretch organization to help families transitioning from homelessness. In addition to playing with her two school-aged children, husband and energetic young dog, she loves gardening and cooking.
