Joseph Wiggin, CPsychol, AFBPsS

Joseph Wiggin is a Principal at Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, operating out of his London, England office.

He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychology Society, and he offers a broad background in human resources spanning more than 15 years. He has led global in-house talent, resourcing and assessment functions, and has provided consultancy and specialist support at board level to a wide range of organizations.

Joe enjoys applying a diverse portfolio of people and business solutions that assess and builds the capability of individuals, teams and organizations. He is passionate about bringing the benefits of a psychological approach into the workplace in a commercial, pragmatic and applied manner.

His solutions include executive assessment, leadership development, leadership coaching, volume recruitment, culture change, and talent management.

Graduating with a BSc Honours degree in experimental psychology from Sussex University, he later specialized and gained an MSc in occupational psychology from City University, London.

Joe is a long-standing member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is active in the Occupational Psychology and Coaching Psychology Groups. He is also a practicing member of the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP).
