Katelyn Aase serves as the Director of Client Operations at Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, and is based in Calgary, Canada. As the driving force behind client operations at LDW, she partners closely with both clients and consultants to ensure the delivery of impactful and efficient client engagements. Known for her ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, Katelyn takes pride in ensuring that every stakeholder involved in LDW’s work has a positive and enriching experience.
Since graduating from the University of St. Thomas in 2009, Katelyn has amassed over 14 years of experience in the client services industry. Her expertise in operations and project management is underscored by a knack for process improvement and adept stakeholder management. Motivated by a deep-seated desire to make a meaningful impact, Katelyn consistently strives to effect positive change in all her endeavors.
In her personal life, Katelyn is passionate about animal welfare and enjoys fostering animals from the local shelter. In her free time, Katelyn can often be found backpacking, running, baking, or playing board games with her partner and stepchildren.
