Maggie Voels

Maggie Voels serves as the Delivery Operations Manager at Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, and is based out of Chicago, Illinois. In this role, she leads the Delivery Operations team and partners closely with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure client engagements are well coordinated, transparent, and supported end-to-end. She focuses on strengthening systems and workflows, improving visibility across engagements, and helping delivery run smoothly and consistently across the firm.

With more than a decade of experience in professional services environments, Maggie brings a strong background in project operations and cross-functional collaboration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in forensic psychology, grounding her work in a deep understanding of human behavior and team dynamics. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), she pairs thoughtful leadership with disciplined execution, helping teams navigate complex work with clarity and confidence.

Maggie is energized by building practical, tech-enabled systems that make work more intuitive and sustainable while fostering strong relationships across the firm. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her spouse and two children, hosting family game nights, and spending time outdoors.
