Mark Hopkins is an Alliance Partner of Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC., based in the UK. As an Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working within and providing external support to large organizations, Mark specializes in assessment, leadership development, performance and talent management and organisational effectiveness. He has held roles as Senior Organisational Psychologist, Head of Resourcing and Talent and Head of Assessment, Development and Talent in large organizations and worked in a number of consultancies over past two decades.
Mark has a strong track record in supporting the assessment of individuals and teams and their effective mobilization on large scale programmes as well as helping leaders to set up and manage organisational effectiveness.
Graduating with a BSc Honours degree in Psychology, winning the Chancellors Prize for pastoral and academic achievement from Birmingham University, Mark then specialised with an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Nottingham University.
Mark has been a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) for over 20 years and a long-standing member of the Association of Business Psychologists (ABP).
