Niloofar Ghods is an Alliance Partner of Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC., currently operating out of the Boston area. Niloofar specializes in executive assessments, executive coaching, leadership development, and top team effectiveness, helping her clients gain deep insights about themselves and how to unleash their differentiating strengths to achieve measurable business outcomes for their business and teams.
Niloofar was part of the team at Cisco responsible for accelerating the readiness of the senior talent to transform the business and culture. Her work included executive assessments and development profiles for high-potential senior executives for nomination, development, and selection purposes. In addition to acting as an executive coach, she also built and managed Cisco’s executive and leadership coaching practice, conducting team coaching and trainings for senior leadership teams.
Prior to Cisco, Niloofar consulted for YSC, assessing, and coaching senior executives of Fortune 100 organizations in the US, London, and South Africa. She also worked on Dell’s Global Talent Management Team where she was responsible for designing and delivering integrated talent management programs for 100k global employees. Prior to the corporate world, Niloofar worked with individuals, couples, children, and groups as a clinical therapist.
She holds a dual doctoral degree in Industrial-Organizational and Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Irvine. She is an active affiliate of The Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School and a member of the American Psychological Association, Society of Consulting Psychology, and Industrial Organizational psychology. She has lived in London, Iran, Hong Kong, and South Africa and speaks fluent Farsi.
