Scot Boespflug, Ph.D.

Dr. Scot A. Boespflug is a Principal with Leadership Development Worldwide, LLC, operating out of Denver, Colorado.

Scot has assessed and developed key executives and managers for more than 10 years. He has extensive experience as a management psychologist, human resource leader and consultant. He has helped organizations select, coach, develop, train, and retain key leaders within a diverse clientele from a variety of public and private organizations.

His expertise includes executive selection, coaching and training, team building, succession planning, performance management, and human resource consulting. Scot has extensive experience in working with the retail, pharmaceutical, and energy industries.

Formerly, Scot worked as the managing principal of Finders Keepers, Inc. and as a consultant with Cognitive Change Concepts. He held several talent management positions within the Target Corporation, serving as an internal talent consultant and talent manager at company headquarters and as a regional human resource executive within Target Stores.

He received undergraduate degrees in psychology (BS) and honors studies (BA), graduating magna cum laude, and his master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of North Dakota. He then earned his Ph.D. in counseling psychology from the University of Iowa.

He is a licensed psychologist in the states of Colorado and Minnesota and a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and Division 13 – the Society of Consulting Psychology.

Scot is an avid golfer, sports fan, and movie enthusiast.
